2ND GENERATION BUCK
HOME
ECHO HILL'S LORD APOLLO
(Hackman Farms Lady Olivia   X  H.C. William F. Buckley)
We about died when we saw this boy's ears and nose, they don't come anymore nubian than this.  We have no idea to what his height will be, so we are trying to breed him to smaller does.  His width between the hocks is beautiful, with a wide chest and strong legs he's definately a gem for us.   His dam won Champion Jr. doe, of  Breed and Best of  Show.
ECHO HILL'S KING PATRICK O'MALLEY
(Hackman Farms Lady Abigail   X  Hackman Farms King David)
We could tell Patrick would be another major player when he was born.  Like Apollo, he too had that extreme nose and ears seen in only top Nubians, and being a 2nd gen. Mini-buck, we felt he was an extreme example of what we are trying to breed on our farm.  His sire comes from a Champion, Best of Breed, Best of Show, Best Udder Doe as well.

Miniature Dairy Goats
Echo Hill's Tobias
(Echo Hill's Cinnamon Spice Girl X Echo Hill's Lord Apollo)
Tobias is a very dairy buck, with some of the most beautiful colors ever plied to an animal coat.  He's very long and wide, with a long elegant neck set with a very roman nose and long pendulous ears that reach 2" past his nose.  His dam was a first freshener from Diamond's line, and as soon as he's old enough, we will do some line-breeding to set these beautiful traits.

3RD GENERATION BUCK
Echo Hill's Theodore
(Hidden Creek's Amber X Echo Hill's Lord Apollo)
Theodore is another winning buck from this year's offspring that we couldn't let go of.  He's everything we've been trying to breed and his dam shown as a doe in milk with an udder so blended and well attached.  Just gorgeous to look at and milk.  This buck will probably be one of our best herd sires ever.  Sadly we forgot to get pictures of his dam while she was in milk this year, but will next year.
Theordore's dam:  Amber
1 X GCH, 3 X RGCH
will be milk tested 2005
2ND GENERATION BUCK
Echo Hill's Tumbleweed--1 CH leg
(Hidden Creek's Patches X Echo Hill's King Jacob)
Tumbleweed doesn't have as good of ears as the boys above, but he has that extra special something... that really makes him stand out in the crowd, and it's not just his extremely flashy color (although that helps).
He literally struts in a show-ring and is so uphill and level, and wide that he commands attention.  We are very pleased with this buck; and his dam has produced many winners for us.
