Sweetie is probably our strongest doe being uphill, smooth, and graceful she easily deserves the praise.  Her udder is absolutely fantastic, being both soft and capacious, balanced and blended on the foreudder.  Her teat length and placement make for easy milking.  Her Nubian character is really good, but not as strong as Onyx's.   Sweetie is retired from showing.

Onyx never came back into heat this season, she is in excellant health, but due to age will now be retired to status of backyard pet.  Onyx has served us well for many, many years....

Onyx is our favorite doe, she has the sweetest personality and is always happy both in the field, show ring, or milk stand.    This doe is jet black and has lovely Nubian character for a Mini.  Her udder is high, wide, with a strong medial and good fore-udder, and is very soft, pliable, and easy to milk. Her daughter from this year earned her JR. CH leg, and RCH as well at her first showing.  We can't wait to see this little girl in milk.  We were so impressed that we are repeating the breeding.

Sadly we lost Diamond this kidding season, she was a grand lady whose spirit and loving nature will be greatly missed......
Diamond is another doe we really appeciate for personality in our herd.  She loves everybody, will show for anyone and let's children milk her.    What we like about this doe is she throws strong qualities that can easily be seen in her daughters, and grand daughters, one of which went 2X Senior ReserveGrand Champion Best of Breed, and Best Udder.    Diamond has such a level and strong topline, something very hard to get in the Mini's and readily passes this on to her offspring.  Her udder is soft, pliable, capacious and milks heavy her whole lactation.  It is so attached, in every direction that we use it as the goal for our herd's udders. This year her doe kid "
Glimmer"  earned her CH leg.

She-Daisy is developing into a lovely doe.  Displaying lovely breed character that we would like to see throughout our herd.  Her udder is smoothly blended, snuggly attached, and very easy to milk.  She held her own against the big girls in the show ring, but will need to mature a little more to be really competitive.  We sadly lost her only kid last year.  A gorgeous buckling. And are very hopeful for her kids this year.

Patches is a doe who consistantly out-produces herself.  From every kidding she has produced Champion kids.   Patches has a sweet personality, and quietly let's children milk her.  She has large teats, but a very well attached, capacious udder that emptys to nothing. In 2005 and 2006 she consistently milked 7-8lbs. daily throughout her lactation.  She was producing more than most of my standards.  She finished this year in her last two shows at Syringa, and we feel deserves it as she is still on incredibly sound legs and holding together nicely at 6 years. old.  All our champions have really impressed us with their feet, legs, and udders as they have aged.

My son's doeling, this little girl won our heart's at birth.  We will be breeding her to Dakota for 5th gen. kids, and keeping them all if they are what we hope they will be.  If you check our sales page, we may offer one or two for sale at a later time.  Sadly, during 2006 Butterfly received an injury out in the field to her udder thus ending her show career.  She is a very heavy milker and will remain in our herd as a top milk producer and brood doe.  Her 5th gen. buckling took Best Jr. Buck of Show, Syringa 2006

Takara has the ears, color and attitude to be a real winner.  She has already won CH of Breed, and Reserve CH of Breed at her first two sanctioned shows.  After earning her leg we let her stay home and work on growing for the rest of the summer.  Takara's udder was lovely this year and really producing, both her offspring had lovely conformation, color, and breed character.  We only showed twice and she placed behind older does from our farm as the competition was very stiff this year, but as her udder continues to develop, we have faith she will eventually finish.

We've waited a long time for a doeling from Sweetie, and are not disappointed.  Tiara freshened with a beautiful udder, winning a first place udder in a class of seven, she is very well attached with perfect size, and placement of teats.  She should get her star next year if we have time to milk test.

Butterfly's teat is enlarged on this side due to her injury, we almost lost the udder but the differences in her teat sizes and the tearing scars will make it impossible to show her in the future.

Sarah is Aleasha's delight, and a very sweet and easy doe to milk.  She got out last year and gave us a mix-breed, but it was cute and well-put together.  Again, a very capricious, well attached udder for a yearling.  She would be more competitive in the show ring if her rump were slightly leveler--but we really love the breed character on this doe.  Sadly her dam is deceased and we only have Butterfly and Sierra before we lost her.  This makes her very valuable to us as a brood doe.

Glimmer is one of our little star's in the herd.  She came on really strong as a kid, and produced a beautiful 5th gen doeling--tri-colored roan.  Sadly we lost this kid to coyotes--we were hit really hard this year and lost several top line, gorgeous doelings.  Glimmer's udder was soft, with good teat placement, and very easy to milk.  We are eager to see her as a 2nd freshener.  Glimmer's ears are much nicer than they appear in the photo, but she does have control over them.

We are so blessed that Taylor sent this doe our way.  I've been watching her breeding program for quite some time and have been thrilled with the production, breed character, and flash in her lines.  Godiva freshened with a beautiful, milky, well attached udder with excellant teat placement.  Look for Heart's in Dixie Merrieweather in our junior doe list.  Thank you Taylor!
