1ST GENERATION BUCKS
William F. Buckley
Hidden Creek's King Solomon
Echo Hill's King Jacob
William is one of our favorite bucks, he's young, but is showing a great deal of potential for a first generation.  His nose is very roman and his ears are better than most standards.  He stands incredibly wide between the hocks and comes from an incredible line of milkers.  We'll have several of his babies on the ground this spring.
(Hidden Creek's Java's Latte X Hidden Creek's P.S. Mega-Bits)
(Hidden Creek's Starletto X Hidden Creek's Nino)
Jacob is our newest 1st generation buck.  When he was first born, and we saw how lovely his topline was, and his nose and ears, we decided he'd have to stay with us long enough for us to see the udders he might throw.  His line is produces a lot of milk, and he's a full sister to Hackman Farms Lady Abigail.  We'll be using Jacob next year.
Hidden Creek's Nino
(Hidden Creek's Nike X Hidden Creeks Rebock)
Nino was our very first buck, our only 2nd generation at this time, and you could say the foundation buck for our herd.  Nino has incredible color, he's a tri-colored calico, which he passes on.  He's a shorter buck, 25", and produces some of our most beautiful udders.  Nino does have control over his ears, but carries them as seen in this picture.  His udder stance is high and wide and he's improved on every doe we've crossed him with.  Nino is also a perfect gentelman to handle.
(Hidden Creek's Starletto X  Hidden Creek's Reuben)
Solomon was the first buck born on our farm, his soft gentle eyes, and long beautiful ears won our hearts long before we knew what really good conformation, and udders were all about.  But, with Solomon we lucked out, as he throws both.  This first generation buck only stands 26 1/2" and is a sweatheart to work with.
Hackman Farm's King David
(Hidden Creek's Patches X Hidden Creek's Nino)
David was our first 3rd gen. buck born to us.  Like his father he's a tri-colored roan, and is very wide through the hocks, level over the topline.  His nose is slightly roman, but his ears are a little short and airy, although he carries them very well for their size.  David's first kids are due this spring, and we are really hoping to see him throw his color on the girls.
Echo Hill's King Othello
(Hidden Creek's Phoebe's Sweetie X Rainbow Farms Charlie Brown)
Othello is our first baby born of two Purebred parents.  We are so excited about this boy.  His dam is our best doe, so he has a lot to live up too.  We'll keep you posted on how he does.
